Clarke graduated from the University of Hawaii's School of Business in 1971. He
worked as a Realtor in the Twin Cities area for a number of years before becoming
an independent Real Estate Appraiser in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area in 1982.
a B.A. in Business and Economics, she went on to get her B.S from the University of
Minnesota in Land Use Management, with an emphasis in Geographic Information
Systems (GIS).
Kimberly has worked with Clarke T. Goset Real Estate Services for 5 years and has
appraised hundreds of commercial and residential properties.
Before working in the appraising field, Kimberly worked as a commercial property
accountant.
